We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions you initiate. Device and IP data is also logged to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Payment references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are encrypted and stored only as masked identifiers. We never store your full UPI PIN or Paytm password — only the reference needed to verify a deposit or withdrawal on your account.

Yes. Log in, go to Account Settings and select Data and Privacy, then choose Download My Data. We will prepare a copy within the timeframe required by applicable law and send it to your registered email address.

Submit a deletion request through the Data and Privacy section in your account settings, or email [email protected]. We will remove identifiable records within 30 days, keeping only what audit or legal obligations require us to retain.
