They take effect the moment you complete account registration on spboss.vip. Continuing to use the account after any posted revision date means you accept the updated version. We recommend checking this page whenever you see a new revision date at the foot.

We update this page and change the revision date at the bottom whenever the Terms change. For material changes — those affecting withdrawal rules or account eligibility — we also send a notice to the email address registered on your account before the change takes effect.

A breach may result in a temporary restriction, a request for additional identity documents, or — in serious cases — permanent closure of the account. Any balance held at the point of closure is handled in line with the withdrawal procedure set out in these Terms.

Yes. All deposits — whether made through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — are governed by the deposit clause in these Terms. Deposits are credited once the payment rail confirms the transfer, which for UPI typically takes under a minute under normal network conditions.

Withdrawals may be held if our system flags a mismatch between the registered account name and the receiving UPI handle or bank detail. Support will contact you by email within 24 hours; providing the requested documents usually resolves the hold within two working days.

Submit a closure request via live chat or the support email. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account within the standard processing window before the account is deactivated. Closure does not delete transaction records held for regulatory purposes.
